Upper Rectory is a lovely collection of 7 cottages ranged around 3 interconnecting courtyards set in the centre of our working arable farm with panoramic views across the cornfields. What could be better at the end of the day than watching the hares playing in the sunset or the buzzards whirling high overhead ? The cottages have one, two, three or four bedrooms, all of course ensuite, and each has a bright, airy kitchen/sitting room looking out over rolling fields and bright skies, perfect for a relaxing rural retreat break. They are delightfully decorated with a rustic but contemporary touch and are perfect for family groups or romantic weekends. Cosy up on the deep squidgy sofas - Netflix is waiting! For business men who don’t want that impersonal hotel this is the solution!In a separate courtyard three of the cottages interconnect to make The Farm Collection which sleeps 22 and has a large central dining room, The Refectory. The Refectory is a spacious function room and has it’s own big farmhouse kitchen with 2 range cookers, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, American fridge freeze plus extra fridge space, making for easy self-catering and ideally equipped for those special celebrations! It has 3 sitting rooms to escape into for a quiet moment or use a breakout area for the corporate teams.
