Our other two floors include rooms of varying sizes to hire (short or long-term), office space for working, meetings, training as well as counselling and therapy spaces. Our classroom space on the first-floor hosts Maplewell Hall School’s post 16 students in the day and activities for young people in the evening. All our spaces are available for use by local community groups and organisations, so please get in touch for a look and to find out more.

We have parking available at the rear of the building, with three disabled parking spaces, and each floor has its own bathroom and kitchen facilities, with a disabled bathroom on the ground floor. Free wi-fi is available throughout the building.

Coalville CAN is a co-operative Community Benefit Society (CBS), working alongside local people and organisations to make a difference in Coalville and the surrounding area. A CBS is a member-owned organisation that works to the benefit of its local area, with open membership. Anyone can become a lifetime member for a one-off payment of £25, and help shape work and projects in the community.
